Cancellation Policy

Everyone's time is Valuable. We politely ask that a Minimum Notice Period of 48 hours is given for any Cancellations.

Consultation & Allergy Alert Testing

All New guests are required to have a Full Consultation, this is so we can Advise you and discuss your hair in detail, carry out any Industry Tests if needed and also provide you with an Allergy Alert Test, A Minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will need to be done BEFORE an appointment booking can be made. All existing clients are required to be re-tested every 6 months.

We will NOT provide Colour or Chemical Services to anyone Under 16 years of Age.
